Which whiskey tasting experience should you book?
These four guided tastings are the public lineup at 717 E Market St. Price and length are the figures printed on each experience page. Group size is the live Xola order limit. Open the experience to book that one. The buttons use the same Xola checkout as the experience pages.

Premium is a side-by-side flight pulled straight from the barrel. Experimental Deep Dive is cask-finished and experimental pours. Rare and Allocated is harder-to-find pours. The Single Barrel Experience includes one bottle of the barrel you select. The Whiskey and Chocolate Pairing is also bookable: $50 per person, about 45 minutes, four pours and four handcrafted chocolates, and that page also offers wine instead of whiskey. Its Xola order limit is the same, 1 to 20 guests.
Groups of 8 or more, and private buyouts, go through private events. A whole barrel for a group is a different request on the single barrel page (roughly 150 to 250 bottles). It is not one of the tastings in the table.
Can you walk in for a bourbon tasting in Louisville?
You do not need a reservation for a barrel flight at the bar. Come in during open hours and the bar pours when there is room. The experiences page lists flights from $35. Weekends and Derby season are the busy times, so a walk-in is a backup, not a guarantee. If you want a set time, book a guided tasting.

How long is a Louisville bourbon tasting?
About 30–45 minutes is the published length for Premium, Experimental Deep Dive, and Rare and Allocated. The Whiskey and Chocolate Pairing is about 45 minutes. The Single Barrel Experience is about 60 minutes. Eat before you taste if you can, and use a driver or rideshare if you are going on to Whiskey Row or back to a hotel.
