How do you book a Louisville bachelor party?
Book the tasting online before you plan the rest of the day. The button above is the same Xola checkout as the Premium Tasting page. On November 4, 2026, that live listing was $50 per person and accepted an order of 1 to 20 guests. The other four guided tastings use the same 1 to 20 guest order size. Pick any of them from tours and experiences.
A private group is a separate booking. Groups of 8 or more, including a full buyout, go through private events. Send the group size and a couple of dates on that form, or call 502.974.0464. That page says the rickhouse replies to most group inquiries within one business day. Private buyouts and custom formats are quoted from the group size and what you want included. This page does not list a package price for them. Most private bookings are built around the tasting experiences, which start at $50 per person, with the Single Barrel Experience at $150 per person and a bottle included.
Walk-in barrel flights are listed from $35 on the experiences page and are poured at the bar when there is room. For a party, book the time.

The Whiskey and Chocolate Pairing is four pours and four handcrafted chocolates, and that page also offers wine instead of whiskey. The Single Barrel Experience includes one bottle of the barrel you select. A whole barrel for a group is a different request on the single barrel page, roughly 150 to 250 bottles, and it is not one of the tastings above.

If the group has been tasting, take a rideshare. The rickhouse has no lot of its own. Paid street parking is nearby in NuLu.
